We started with a simple goal. We wanted to give homeowners multiple options to sell their property.

  1. Sell your home fast to a Direct Investor Buyer.   This option is without the hassle that comes with showings, needing to make repairs, negotiating, getting appraisals, waiting for financing, extensive cleaning, and the uncertainty of the housing market. We provide an alternative to listing your property that is dependable, honest, and transparent.  If the house doesn’t conform with the surrounding properties, or the property has become distressed, and for whatever reason, you don’t want to invest the time, effort, and money to rehab it , then a direct sale may be a better option.
  2. List your home for sale the traditional way on the MLS.  If your home is in move-in ready condition, you’re not in a hurry to sell, and you want to receive top dollar for your home, this will probably be your best route to take.  We have the marketing, valuation, and negotiating skills to get your home sold for retail if that is the better option for you.
